02. Key Responsibilities

1. Transform Compliance Training
a. Be a driving force in transforming how compliance is taught and practiced.

b. Design and deliver impactful training programs across critical compliance topics, enabling clients to stay ahead of regulatory challenges.

2. Create Impactful Content
a. Share your expertise by developing engaging blogs, research papers, LMS modules,
and social media content.

b. Guide and mentor peers to uphold Rainmaker’s high standard of legal and
compliance communication.

3. Lead with Research & Insights
a. Stay on top of the latest legal developments, analyzing case law, statutes, and
regulations.

b. Bring your expertise to the table, ensuring Rainmaker stays ahead as a leader in
compliance excellence.

4. Innovate Compliance Products
a. Conduct in-depth market research to identify client needs and regulatory trends.

b. Develop innovative compliance solutions that align with the market, helping
organizations achieve their compliance goals.

5. Manage Key Relationships
a. Lead external trainer and service provider relationships with excellence.

b. Ensure all engagements meet Rainmaker’s high standards while fostering
collaborative partnerships.

6. Collaborate for Business Growth
a. Work closely with the Business Development team to identify client needs and
develop strategic solutions.

b. Support initiatives and proposals that drive growth, leveraging your legal expertise to enhance client satisfaction

03. What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Law.
6+ years of relevant experience in compliance, training, or legal solutions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
