Confidentiality and Privacy:
We understand the sensitive nature of complaints and the importance of maintaining confidentiality. Rest assured that your identity and the details of your complaint will be kept strictly confidential, shared only with the appropriate individuals involved in the investigation process.
Non-Retaliation Policy:
We are committed to protecting employees from any form of retaliation for reporting complaints in good faith. Retaliation against complainants, witnesses, or anyone cooperating in inquiries is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a separate violation of our policies.
SHe-Box Portal
In addition to the organization’s Internal Committee mechanism, aggrieved women may also file a complaint of workplace sexual harassment through the Government of India’s SHe-Box portal. Managed by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, SHe-Box is a centralized platform that enables complaint registration, status tracking, and time-bound processing by the appropriate Internal Committee or Local Committee.
