Ms. Gowda is considered to be one of India’s leading women’s rights lawyers, and has been practicing in the High Court of Bombay, Family Court and other trial courts for over two decades. Mr. Pais is an Advocate with over 24 years of litigation experience, and has dealt with a wide variety of civil and criminal cases, including cases involving sexual offences, capital punishment, terror offences, matrimonial law, partition suits, etc. Mr. Pais has advised and represented both victims and accused persons in cases involving sexual offences before courts & before Internal Committees.
