Any aggrieved woman may make, in writing, a complaint of sexual harassment at our workplace, with our Internal Committee at the following Email ID: posh@rainmaker.co.in

We are committed to protecting employees from any form of retaliation for reporting complaints in good faith. Retaliation against complainants, witnesses, or anyone cooperating in inquiries is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a separate violation of our policies.
