Refunds and Cancellations Policy

Introduction

Thank you for choosing Rainmaker’s culture and compliance learning solutions. We strive to provide the highest quality services and customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations for our services.

Cancellations

  • Service Orders: Cancellations will be accepted according to the time frame agreed upon in the service agreement. Cancellations made within this specified period will qualify for a full refund.
  • Training Programs: Cancellations for training programs must be made at least on or before 10 business days of the scheduled date. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund. If the cancellation is made on or before 7 business days of the scheduled date, you will be charged 50% of the total fee. If the cancellation is made after this period, you will be charged 100% of the total fee.
  • Custom Solutions: Custom solutions are tailored to client specifications and therefore are non-refundable once the project has commenced.

Refunds

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the service must be cancelled within the specified timeframe. Refunds will be processed based on the payment method used during the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement due to varying processing times between financial institutions.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Services that have already been delivered
  • Custom solutions once the project has commenced
  • Any costs incurred for materials or third-party services already used in the provision of the service
