A graduate of National Law School, Bangalore, Antony started his career with ICICI Bank in 1998. He moved to set up Kochhar & Co’s Mumbai office. After 5 years of rapid growth and establishing Kochhar & Co as a premier firm in Mumbai’s competitive law firm landscape, in 2006 he took up the challenge of being part of the core founding team at Pangea3, the world’s largest and most successful LPO.
His leadership saw Pangea3 grow quickly from 10+ lawyers and engineers to over 1000 professionals, delivering high quality services to Global General Counsel of Fortune 500 companies as well as top tier law firms, from the US, Europe, Australia and the APAC region.
At Pangea3, Antony was tasked with building out and overseeing operations as well as developing business in and opening up the European, APAC and Australian markets. He was also the “evangelist” and convinced Indian lawyers of the viability of LPO as an alternative career option. The LPO business saw explosive growth and Pangea3 was ultimately sold to Thomson Reuters in November 2010.
Throughout his career, Antony has always been passionate about training and has conducted workshops for a number of his clients on topics ranging from prevention of sexual harassment, code of conduct, anti-corruption practices etc. It is this passion for learning and training, that led him to set up Rainmaker
Vasuki is a regular speaker at conferences where she speaks on gender sensitization and has published legal articles in American law journals.
She is a member of the New York State Bar and started her career at the Human Rights Watch in New York with a one year fellowship. A researcher in the Terrorism/Counter-Terrorism Division, her focus included, drone strikes and other targeted killings, and counterterrorism policies at the United Nations Security Council (UNSC).Post her fellowship Vasuki worked at the UNSC as a research assistant for two years. While at the UN, she worked extensively on Counter-Terrorism strategy and policy.
Post her stint at the UN, Vasuki started working with the renowned member of the International Law Commission and Queen’s Counsel Sir Micheal Wood with whom she has represented cases before the International Court of Justice and the International Tribunal of the Law of the Sea and has practiced International Arbitration.
Vasuki is an alumnus of New York University School of Law.
She has extensive operational and financial experience in both the private and public companies in India as well as in the US. As a CFO with emerging, growth and mid-market companies, Priya’s experience spans everything from helping to launch start-up enterprises to managing finance for mid-size companies.
Priya was formerly the Financial Controller at ABG Infralogistics Limited, a publicly listed enterprise, where she successfully increased investor value and guided the company through its financial crisis. She also served as the VP Finance at Pangea3, where she played a key role in growth of Pangea3 from $2m in revenue to over $12m and was instrumental in improving profitability, in a span of 3 years before it was acquired by Thomson Reuters. Priya also has significant experience of working in the US with companies like Siebel Systems Inc. and Providian Financial Corporation.
Priya is a Chartered Accountant from India and holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Illinois State University.

Sanjay began his career with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd in 2001, where he was part of the Client Servicing team. In 2005, Sanjay joined Kelly Services, a global staffing solutions company, as a Consultant. In his 11 years stint with Kelly Services, Sanjay played various roles in Sales, Operations, Turn Key Assignments, COE and climbed the corporate ladder. Sanjay successfully led the Sales function for Kelly in West India.
He was also part of the core team to launch the Scientific practice for Kelly in India and in his last role he led the Scientific and Consumer practice for Kelly.
Neil is responsible for customer satisfaction and ensures end to end service delivery to all clients. In his current capacity he is also in charge of new initiatives and client engagements that ensure Rainmaker strives to reach greater heights of customer experience and service. Neil comes with over 10 years of cross-functional experience in Customer Service, Training, Quality, Operations & Human Resources. In his previous stint at Kelly Services, a global staffing solutions organization, he was part of the Learning and Development team and overlooked quality, hygiene, curriculum development and online training requirements nationally.
He simultaneously also successfully led the system application and the LMS team that undertook all aspects of optimization and implementation with regards to IT and infra for the in-house system application and LMS portal as well. Neil is an alumnus of St. Andrews College — Mumbai University
